The GIDROAVIASALON '2008 will accredit the journalists working in officially registered mass media. The mass media includes periodical printed editions, radio-, tele- and video programs, new programs, other form of periodical distribution of mass information.
Accreditation provides free access to the exhibition, attendance of business events held in the scope of exhibition, presentations, receipt of printed materials and press releases.
The editorial staff of a mass media wishing to get accreditation for its journalist at GIDROAVIASALON '2008, shall submit to the press center, upon arrival to the exhibition, a written application for accreditation. The application shall be written on the official form, and signed by the authorized representative of the editorial staff. The application shall specify the contact telephone number.

Journalists can be accredited at GIDROAVIASALON '2008 representing any mass media that publish the materials on the exhibition subject, as well as public/political and other mass media having the relevant subject columns.
The "Press" passes for access to the exhibition can be obtained at the organization committee against a formalized application and journalist's ID.
GIDROAVIASALON '2008 does not provide accreditation for advertisement managers.
The organization committee reserves the right to deny accreditation at GIDROAVIASALON '2008 in the following cases:
- a mass media has a narrow specialization other than the subjects covered by the exhibition;
- a mass media has been accredited at previous exhibitions and events held by the GIDROAVIASALON '2008 organizers, but has not published any materials covering the exhibition, events or exhibitors;
- a mass media has terminated its activities by the moment of submission of the application.
The accredited journalists may participate only in the open events, or in special events intended for mass media.
