Before the conference starts, the conference proceedings will have been published as books containing the abstracts of papers, and books containing the full papers, in Russian and English.
The abstracts of papers and full papers will be available for all registered participants of the conference. The printed materials will contain information as provided by the authors of papers.
To publish the papers please submit as follows:
- Paper title and theses should be provided to Conference Guidance Border until 12 May, 2008. The address: "Moscow complex "TSAGI", 17 Radio Str., Moscow, 105005, Russia. E-mail: hydro@mktsagi.ru, office@mktsagi.ru, zam@mktsagi.ru.
- Whole paper text should be provided until 1 July, 2008.
The theses and paper should be allowed for publishing. The material should be provided both in hard and electronic copy.
Requirements for formalization of papers to be provided for publishing to TSAGI's publishing department
1. The text of paper shall be provided in electronic format on a floppy disk, plus as a printed hard copy. The text shall be typed in MS Word 6.0/7.0 using "Times New Roman" ("Times Roman") font size 11.
No illustrations or graphs, or empty frames shall be inserted into the text (see paragraph 5).
Interval between lines - "double".
2. The text shall include:
a) name of paper;
b) initials and surname name of author (the initials to be put before the surname and separated from it using Ctr+Shift+space);
c) the text of paper and each new paragraph shall have indent 0.9 cm (using command "Format -> Paragraph"), with the zero indent between paragraphs;
d) legends and inscriptions that are used in Figures in the end of each article.
3. To write decimals in the text and Figures (Graphs), use " , " (comma) only.
4. Formulas in the text shall be typed using Microsoft Equation available in MS Office. Formulas may be provided in a clear handwritten way in the text.
5. Graphs and Figures shall be provided separately.
a) Photos shall be provided as originals or in electronic format (PSX file, resolution at least 300 dpi) plus a clear hard copy (color photo is accepted).
b) Graphs and Figures are required to be provided as originals (photocopies are not accepted). A Figure shall be black-and-white, legible, on white paper, drawn in black ink or in drawing ink; legends shall be legible (pencil-written legends are not accepted).
If a Figure was drawn using a graphics package, the Figure shall be provided in electronic format as a separate file on a floppy disk, plus as a hard copy on white paper. The file shall be provided in a format that can be read by М S Word 6.0/7.0, CorelDraw 7.0, PhotoShop 6.5.
Do not insert Graphs and Figures in М S Word file!
c) Legends and inscriptions used in the Figures shall be typed additionally after the main text using the same font.
6. On the sticker attached to the floppy disk, the following information shall be provided: surname and initials of the author, name of department, and telephone number.
7. Each hard copy supplied with the disk shall contain the name of the respective file in the upper right-hand corner of the first page.
